About Us
We provide compassionate ABA therapy across DFW, helping children grow, learn, and thrive.
Our Clinical Director
I am Carrie. I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, but moved to Texas in 2012. I received my undergraduate degrees in Special Education and Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and my Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.
I earned my BCBA in September of 2012 and have worked in the home, school, community, and clinical settings with ages ranging from 18 months to 20 years old.
I live at home with my husband, who is a software engineer, and our 4 kids (2 girls and 2 boys), with a 13-year age gap between the oldest and youngest. I spend my weekends going to volleyball tournaments, soccer and t-ball practices, exploring outside, or if I’m really lucky, doing some “Netflix and chill” at home. I also love the beach, and enjoy taking summer trips to the Texas Beaches with my family.

Kaylan
Kaylan
My name is Kaylan; I was born in Texas and still call Dallas my home. I received both my undergraduate degree and Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas. Go mean Green! After completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology, I quickly fell in love with the world of ABA. I entered the field first as an RBT, BCBA intern, and now as a BCBA. I have experience with in-home therapy, school-based, as well as clinical settings with ages ranging from 2 years old to adults. I continue to love what we do and watching each of our clients thrive as they reach their goals. I live at home with my loving husband and our son, two cats, and our two dogs. In my free time, I am often chasing my son around our house, going to the park, playing disc golf, and trying new restaurants. We love spending time outdoors and exploring new areas of the city.
Angela
Angela
Hi! My name is Angela. I was born in Colombia but grew up with Texas roots. My journey into the world of behavioral health began at the University of Houston, where I studied Psychology, followed by a Master's in Special Education and Behavior Disorders at Regent University.
I fell in love with ABA during college when I realized its power to help people reach their full potential. It wasn't just a subject—it was a life-changing discovery. Since then, I've worked as an in-home therapist, a special education teacher, and eventually a BCBA. I've had the joy of working with everyone from toddlers to adults in almost every setting imaginable—homes, schools, and clinics. I've even spent time as a regional assessment specialist helping families navigate the diagnosis process.
When I'm not at work, I'm usually enjoying life in Austin with my husband and our two dogs. I am part of a "dog-obsessed" household. We love to hike and travel whenever we can! I'm also a fan of a good book, a great movie, trying new foods, or refinishing furniture.
Misty
Misty
Hi! My name is Misty. I’ve spent over 20 years in the field of Behavior Analysis, and I’ve been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2011. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of settings, including homes, clinics, schools, community programs, and residential facilities—and with individuals across the lifespan.
I earned my Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Special Education, along with a certificate in Autism Intervention, from Ball State University. I am currently completing an additional Master’s degree in Professional Counseling at Texas State University, with plans to pursue licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to continue expanding a more holistic, relationship-centered approach to care. After this, I will work on completing my PsyD.
Over the years, I’ve served in many roles, including therapist, BCBA, Clinical Director, Regional Support, and as the owner and director of a home-based ABA company. These experiences have shaped my passion for creating services that are not only effective, but also meaningful and engaging for the individuals and families we support. I especially enjoy incorporating principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into my work, helping build programs that are fun, motivating, and truly impactful.
I strive to be approachable, compassionate, and collaborative in everything I do, and I value building strong relationships with both families and team members.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my fiance’ and our combined 6 kids, two dogs and two cats. We enjoy being a little silly together, and soaking up time in nature. I’m also a big music lover and have collected a few instruments over the years (drums, piano, guitar, and others, that I’m hoping to eventually learn to play.
Neyda
Nayda
Hi, I’m Neyda! I was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles and moved to Austin in 2019. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Disability Studies from UCLA and my Master of Education in Special Education from UT Austin.
My passion for the field of behavior analysis began during my time as an undergraduate researcher at UCLA, where I developed a deeper understanding of the barriers, strengths, and resilience experienced by families of children with autism when accessing behavioral services. This experience inspired me to move to Austin to pursue graduate studies and work directly with clients and their families as an RBT. Since then, I have continued my training at UT Austin through doctoral studies focused on research and clinical practice in behavior analysis while also working as a BCBA supervisor.
I have experience working with a diverse group of learners and families across school, clinic, community, and telehealth-based settings. I value collaborating closely with learners and their families to support meaningful growth, build on individual strengths, and create positive, lasting impacts throughout each learner’s journey.
Outside of being a behavior analyst, I enjoy spending time with my two four-legged ‘doghters,’ Henny and Cookie, exploring Austin, traveling, concerts, coffee shops, and getting crafty!
Audrey
Audrey
Hi, I’m Audrey! I’m a Texas native living in West Texas and serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. My journey into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began unexpectedly during a different graduate program. I fell in love with the field, pivoted my career path, and went on to earn my Master of Arts in Special Education with an ABA Concentration from Arizona State University.
I’ve had the privilege of growing within this field from the ground up, moving from an RBT and Case Manager to a BCBA. This hands-on journey gives me a deep understanding of clinical, in-home, and school-based settings for clients aged 2 to 18. I truly love what we do, and nothing beats the joy of watching our clients thrive and grow every day.
At home, I live with my boyfriend, our dog, and our cat. In my free time, you’ll find me playing PC video games, reading a good psychological thriller, or hanging out with my family and many nieces and nephews!
Megan
Megan Nguyen
Hi! My name is Megan and I am a BCBA. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology at the University of Texas at San Antonio and my Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis at Texas State University. Eventually, I want to earn my Ph.D. in Neuropsychopharmacology, which I plan on pursuing within a couple of years. I strive to create a positive and supportive environment for my client and their families. I value open communication and collaboration with families and look forward to partnering with you throughout our journey together.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my partner and two dogs. We have a Great Pyrenees (Moose) and a French Bulldog (Zayne) – you will learn I LOVE dogs.
Additionally, when I am not obsessing over my two puppies, I love cooking, reading, travelling, spending time with friends, and trying new foods/activities.
I look forward to getting to know everyone who is part of our kiddos’ support team and partnering together to celebrate successes, overcome challenges, and help each learner thrive.
